AYYAYA. If I could chose ANY GIF to summarize this movie, this would be the one. I love it. Look at Astrid and Toothless! They’re ready to attack each other, ready to kill each other.. Three hundred years and it’s never changed. But Hiccup doesn’t even stop Toothless. No. He doesn’t even try. He spins around, TACKLES ASTRID, and pushes her ax away. Cra-zy, because he knows that dragons don’t need to change. Dragons are fine, they’re cautious, but they are incredulously loyal. Hiccup knows what he has to do, and that’s change the humans. He doesn’t have much influence, but if anything, he’s a human too. And, as evidenced by him DIVING ONTO ASTRID’S AX, he is willing to risk his life in order to get there.
